Off to Prague…

I’ll be traveling next week to Prague in the Czech Republic for our first annual UtiliPoint International European Executive Summit. It should be a great event, with presentations and panel discussions on a wide range of topics of concern to the European market place, including Smart Metering, the EU Directive 3 impacting utilities, customer care/billing/CIS, and Energy Trading and Risk Mangement. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, you might stop by. You can get more information on the program here.

By the way, I’m looking for some advice from “road warriors” that have had recent experience in dealing with Heathrow Airport’s new terminal 5. On my way back, I’m arriving at terminal 5, have a two hour layover, then am leaving out of terminal 4. So the question…is two hours enough time to travel from T5 to T4 and still make a flight to the US? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
