The market for ETRM related skills is continuing to be very strong. All the software companies and consulting firms that I’ve talked to have many unfilled positions. As an executive of one of the ETRM consulting houses told me, “More and more of our time is spent recruiting. It’s to the point that finding the right people is our number one priorty. We are turning down work because we don’t have the staff to service jobs.”
