2007 UtiliPoint Client Conference - Another Success!!

We just finished up our 2007 UtiliPoint Client Conference, this year held in beautiful Santa Fe NM. Based on attendance numbers and early feedback, I’d have to say that it went better than we had even hoped! Everyone I spoke to felt that a lot of valuable information was exchanged and that the conference was more than worth their time.

However, there were a few small glitches, so in the vein of “constant improvement”, I offer these small suggestions to the hard working folks that organized this year’s event…

Subject: Suggestions for Improving Next Year’s Client Conference

First of all, terrific job this year!!!

However, for next year I would suggest the following…

1) Do not have an open Margarita Bar just prior to the “Ask the Analyst” roundtable event…I discovered that I do suffer from alcohol induced blackouts…

2) Do not allow the organization (even unsponsored) of a “bar crawl” the night prior to any presentation by me…actually something I should have suggested immediately following last year’s conference…

and finally, a suggestion that had been offered during the conference, but had been ignored…

3) Put a darn ashtray on the table at the “Ask the Analyst” roundtable!
