Ventyx Acquires Global Energy Decisions

Ventyx, a supplier of solutions to a broad range of industries, announced that they had purchased Global Energy Decisions. Given Ventyx’s wide array of products (including call center systems, billing, asset management,CIS, CRM, BPM, and business analytics) and significant presence in utilities space, this acquisition would appear to offer Ventyx an extremely comprehensive and compelling solution set, covering the gambit from generation to marketing and ultimately customer service.
