We’ve just released our new study on ETRM Implementations
We’re pleased to announce that we have just released our new study examining ETRM product implementations. This is a “snap shot” study, meaning that we wanted to gauge the answers to some fairly broad questions, things like “what did you implement?”, “what did it cost?”, and “how long did it take?”. We plan on doing a follow-up study this year that will include greater granularity around the products, team structuring, methodologies, etc.
This report provides a very good overview of those broad questions and many others. One of the most important observations contained in the report is around the approach that buyers take when implementing these complex systems. It highlights the need for every buyer of these complex systems to spend the time up front in making the right purchase decision, developing a solid and comprehensive implementation plan, and dedicating the right resources to the project, both internal and external.
It’s a very informative read and will be available for purchase from our website in the next day or two.
