UtiliPoint has just announced that our new book is in the works. Gary Vasey and I will be working with a few selected companies to produce a comprehensive look at the life cycle of ETRM systems as the user see it: specifically system acquisition, implementation, use and maintenance. We intend this book to be a “lessons learned” look at the process, not one that tells a potential client that “this is the only way to go”. If our experiences tell Gary and I anything, it’s that there is no one correct (or cookie-cutter) way to buy, implement and use one of these very complex products.

We are looking forward to working with our sponsoring companies as they bring a wide range of expertise and experience in ETRM system selection and implementation to the project.
