Get Out Your Tin Foil Hats!

I just couldn't let this one pass without noting it...

A former Ministry of Defense chief in Britain says "aliens could attack at any time"!  No kidding.  He really believes that.

This guy, Nick Pope, until last week headed up the Ministry of Defense's UFO project.  When he first started, he didn't believe in UFO's.  However, he says the more he looked at reported incidences, the more convinced he was that something was actually visiting our planet.  He says he doesn't know if they are hostile, however they have apparently been hanging around military bases in Britain.  He even cites a few incidences that left behind physical evidence.  Wow...there are so many jokes that could be made about this, unfortunately, they belong on some of the "bluer" websites.

Personally, I think they're already here.  They are living underground in my yard.  Occasionally, they will tunnel up and attempt to enter my house.  It's only through the use of chemical weapons am I able to repel them; however, while I may win some battles, I fear I can never win the war.  Yeah, I hate fire ants.  I just can't figure out where they hide their space ships.

And if I'm wrong and these things aren't the aliens, that's ok.  If some other nasty, ungodly, evil creatures show up from outer space, it's going to be like the movie "War of the Worlds".  However, instead of the common cold killing them off, it's going to be the fire ants.  They're not going to want the competition in the "global domination" battle.
