The ETRM Vendor Perception Study Report is now available at the UtiliPoint website. The report looks at buyer awareness of vendors, installed software, what user’s want in an ETRM system and, where they go to get information on vendors and products to compile a long list.

Additionally, UtiliPoint will shortly conduct a similar study in Europe. Not only will this tell us something about vendor perception and buying habits in Europe but will also allow a comparison with North America.
